Bangalore is THE hub for the most happening in fitness. Since past two years Muay Thai has made serious waves in the sporting and Fitness arena in India. The Indian Olympic Association  has recently recognized Muay Thai in India and the Thai Olympic Association is involved in promoting the beautiful and graceful art of Muay in India, as it has in the rest of the world.

    hey mate im 17 had 2 fights in muay thai im i at a good age ?? i started doing boxing and then new it wasnt a sport for me im good with my hands kicking and knees so i desided to do muay thai i love the sport and will be doing it for many more years to come and hoping at the end of it to become a teacher around sydney somewhere… wel get back to us mate thanks !!

    im 17 and want to learn Muay Thai along with other styles but am very compulsive and dont have alot of self control i heard that this helps with mind body and soul do think this would help or make it worse?

    i am a kickboxer fighter and would like to find new challegers im only 19 and already got a silver medal looking to get a gold medal.i was trained by my uncle he passed away so i been practicing by myself since then i would love to go on with my trainings but i got no money for it but i love kickboxing like any other sport it keeps me out of trouble and it even helps me out of trouble…
